Autism and Basketball, A Mother’s Perspective

Jake is four years old. He is playing basketball with his YMCA team. Actually, Jake is not playing with the team. He is dribbling the basketball by himself. Coach has the rest of the team lined up on each side, shooting baskets. Jake is on the other side by himself. Coach attempts for the third time to get Jake to join the rest of the team.
